• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals on suspicious transactions may be held until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Bigbets is not responsible for any bets missed due to internet disruption during live betting.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by a Certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a technical error occurs during a game, the result of that round may be voided.

Bigbets reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any game. Higher limits may apply for VIP members.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the bigbets platform. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or exploit system benefits.
• Using another person's account, or allowing someone else to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.

Bigbets may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If KYC verification is incomplete or false information has been provided.
• Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.

To close your account voluntarily, please contact Support. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before closure. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
